CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that you pre wash (hand wash preferably) all handmade garments before use. 

​

To keep your garment looking fresh we recommend a gentle hand wash or wash on a delicate cold wash only.

 

Please do not tumble dry.

TIME FRAMES & DELIVERY

​

As all items are handmade to order, working time frames are up to 4 weeks.

​

Items shipped to the UK will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.

​

Items shipped outside of the UK will be sent tracked, signed for Royal Mail. 

​

UK  - £3.00 flat rate

UK - £1.50 hair accessories only

International - £12 flat rate

Collection available from our Ramsbottom, Lancashire studio - No charge

Unfortunately we currently do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our handmade products.
